GOAL
Create a unique website that stands out from the competition. Users who search for Architecture Photographer or Photography had to find the site in Google Australia. Though there was some competition we had to redo the old site to make this new one more appealing, informative and with proper branding to show that Imageitsold was a very professional photography business every client can count on.
ImageitSold wanted the site to be a brochure that showed everyone the diversity and also amount of work they had already completed in Australia.
THE STORY
We decided to use a WordPress theme that would look visually appealing and at the same time be relevant to the kind of audience they wanted to target. Content was written by the client but some headers were redone by us to match the visuals we chose for the site. It has an animated slider used on the homepage to show the main portfolio of the client. A monotone colour scheme of black, greys and white were used to enhance the colorful images that they already had.This made the images stand out on its own and not clash with the colors from the images.
We also created layouts for the inside pages to reflect the content that was presented on the site. Easy access to different portfolios were done with pop-ups that presented a gallery of images for different sections.
RESULT
The reviews we got from the photographers was worthy of our effort. They can be found in our testimonials. It completely gave them the adrenaline shot in the arm so to speak. Business has been much better – 18% increase in just 1 month of launch.
